Sound Meditation
Well-Designed Sponsoring Partner, Stark, hosts our Sound Meditation experience. Meditation can help to quiet an over-active and/or distracted mind which in effect helps to relieve stress and allow one to find balance in a state of calm, relaxation and mental clarity. Sound Meditation facilitates a deeper experience by using overtone-emitting instruments (such as singing bowls, gongs, and vocalization) where the sound vibrations help guide one to a heightened state of self-awareness.
